Our standard shipping method is UPS ground service.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to holidays and special events.

We pack and ship orders within five days of order placement whenever possible.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & PRICES

The time it takes to produce printed books depends on the number of books requested and the product options.

For a print run of fewer than 20 copies of a softcover book (perfect binding or saddle stitching), the production time is 3-5 working days. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays.

Once the book or books are produced, shipping time must be considered separately. Shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable and beyond our control. So if you are pressed for time, please order copies early to avoid last-minute problems. The shipping time depends on the location and the postal service/courier used. The customer is responsible for additional duties, and administrative and customs charges that may be levied following local regulations. Arrival time will depend on how far the order is sent from the UK: Items shipped within Europe usually arrive faster (1-3 days) than items shipped outside Europe (5-7 days). UPS guarantees that orders shipped by Priority Rate will arrive within three working days. Most arrive within two working days.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing shipping details and your tracking number. Tracking information for all orders, regardless of shipping method, is available and will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

YES, we refund! All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management discretion. Please note that we can only issue refunds for items purchased from Moussa Issa Bookstore. Moussa Issa Bookstore may cancel orders and issue refunds if the request is made within 24 hours. No, we do not accept returns! As a print-on-demand publisher, we do not have an inventory of books or facilities to take back and shop unsold books. Therefore, please consider your options carefully before placing your order. Moussa Issa Bookstore can cancel orders and issue refunds if the request is made within 24 hours.

PACKAGE HELD IN CUSTOMS

This means that customs have placed the package on hold. You will most likely be contacted to pay import duties on your book(s), depending on the number of books you are importing and the value of the package. It sounds scary, but all parcels are 'held back' from import duties. This means the parcel has been scanned out of the shipping company's possession for processing by customs. The status will change once it is back in the courier's possession. It does not mean that it has been seized for any reason. Some countries, such as India, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, are very strict with international orders, which may incur customs fees and import duties depending on the country the order was shipped from. Moussa Issa Bookstore is not responsible for customs fees, and the fees are not included in the total cost of your order. Please contact your customs authority for more information. The customer is responsible for any additional customs, administrative and duty charges that may be levied following local regulations.

Signing up as a Member

When registering with the Moussa Issa Bookstore website, you must choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details.

When you register, you will be requested for your postal residential address.
This will be used for delivery of any goods ordered via your basket. Please ensure this address is accessible to the couriers we will use on your behalf.
Remember, Moussa Issa Bookstore cannot be held liable for books not delivered by the courier due to the courier not being able to find the address or being able to deliver into your hands or safe onto your residential property.

Commercial Involvement (Purchase of books and use of the Shopping Basket)

Registering as a member can purchase books from the site’s catalogue through the Shopping Basket and read ebooks online at discounted prices. Moussa Issa Bookstore desires that your purchase experience be a pleasant one.
With that in mind, please note the purchase procedure, including responsibilities and rights.

Credit Details:

You accept responsibility for keeping your password safe and changing it should you suspect it has been compromised.
You accept responsibility for maintaining and updating your credit details.

Contract:

Moussa Issa Bookstore must receive payment for the complete order of books and shipping before your order can be accepted and the contract formed. Payment is taken when you process the order.
Moussa Issa Bookstore will email confirmation that your order has been received to your listed email off your member profile. We will confirm your name, delivery address, order number and the total price.
Moussa Issa Bookstore's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. A member may not change any part of the contract at this point.
Any books on the same order from you but not listed on the confirmation email do not form part of this contract. Books where delivery is delayed or where books are now no longer available will be confirmed in a separate email.

Books at an incorrect price or stock unavailable:

Moussa Issa Bookstore will endeavour to have up-to-date and accurate information on the site about the price and stock availability of all titles in the catalogue. This information may not always be correct due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Moussa Issa Bookstore reserves the right to withdraw from any contract in the case of unforeseen errors or inaccuracies regarding the books appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered about the advertised price of the goods you have ordered, we will email you this information as soon as possible.
This will inform you of the book's correct price and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, with a new edition, or cancel the order altogether.
Should any book be unavailable, you will be refunded as soon as possible but not later than twenty working days from your original purchase.

Delivery

Moussa Issa Bookstore will use a courier or postal service on your behalf to deliver the books to the address listed on your member profile.
Once your order has been accepted, Moussa Issa Bookstore will endeavour to get the books to you as soon as possible.
Once we have dispatched your book product, you will become the owner of the goods.
Once your parcel has left, our building parcel will become your property.

Liabilities on Delivery

Should your purchase include a damaged or incorrect book, you need to inform us with clear and full details using the contact us form. You will need to inform us within ten days of receipt of the goods.
Should your ordered books not arrive within 30 days of the order being placed, you will need to inform us of this using the contact us. Moussa Issa Bookstore shall have no liability unless we are informed via the contact us form and within the time frame.
Moussa Issa Bookstore shall have no liability to you on goods not received, short supplied, or received damaged unless you have notified us of the problem in writing via the contact us form and within the stipulated time frames.
Moussa Issa Bookstore will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential loss or damage to your goods, Force Majeure, either in transit to you or in transit back to Moussa Issa Bookstore or due to circumstances beyond our store’s control.
Should there be a problem and the above procedures have been followed, Moussa Issa Bookstore will make good any shortage or non-delivery. Moussa Issa Bookstore reserves the right to use one or more of the following actions to solve the problem:
Attempt to track the order with the courier
Replace defective, damaged books at Moussa Issa Bookstore expense
Refund to you the original amount paid via the original method of payment.

Customs

Customs may apply within your country of destination of books ordered.
You may be subject to import duties, and taxes levied once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
Moussa Issa Bookstore has no control or liability over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
As the purchaser of book products from Moussa Issa Bookstore, you are considered the importer of said product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods.

Complaints

Moussa Issa Bookstore desires to offer superior customer service to its members.
It is accepted that in a real-world not all things will go according to plan and that issues or disputes may arise.
We desire to resolve any issues at the earliest opportunity and invite members who feel their complaint has not been adequately addressed to send a letter to info@moussaissabooks.com.
All replies to letters received by Moussa Issa Bookstore will be sent via email to the member’s registered email address.

E-Communication

All communication between you, the member and the staff at Moussa Issa Bookstore will happen electronically via email or posting on the Moussa Issa Bookstore site.
By entering a contract with us to be a member of the site and to purchase book products from us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you via your member’s registered email address will satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Moussa Issa Bookstore

Please read this carefully before placing your order.

Once we have received/confirmed your payment, we will begin processing your order. Print-on-demand production of books takes 3 to 5 working days for premium orders (standard orders) and 1-2 working days for express orders. We will then ship the book(s) to you.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email and/or WhatsApp as soon as the parcel collection order has been created.
Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated (so that the parcel can be collected by the delivery services).
Aside from the shipping time, print-on-demand books also take time to produce, ranging from 2 to 5 business days, depending on production needs and order quantity.
Printing takes:
- Premium orders: 3-5 working days
- Express orders: 1-2 working days
Delivery takes:
- Premium orders:
  - 2-3 working days in the UK & Ireland, 2- 5 working days in the EU, USA, Canada & Australia 5- 7 working days worldwide.
- Express orders:
  - 1-2 days in the UK & Ireland, 2-3 days in the EU, USA, Canada & Australia, 2-4 days worldwide
Shipping times shown on the website are approximate, and we cannot guarantee them. We advise our customers to place their orders early if they have a deadline.
During the peak months of November, December and early January, delivery times can exceed ten working days. Please check the dashboard of your Moussa Issa Bookstore order for current processing times.
International orders may be subject to customs and import duties depending on the country the order was shipped to. Moussa Issa Bookstore is not responsible for customs fees, and fees are not included in the total cost of your order. Please get in touch with your customs authority for more information.
The customer is responsible for any additional customs, administrative and duty charges levied following local regulations.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping to almost 40 countries is free (see our shipping rates per country) and trackable. All our parcel delivery services are fully trackable worldwide.
